Because our exclusive online video consultant services are provided by internet and by phone you can save valuable travel time and expenses.

Service fees are payable at time of service. Cash and credit cards are accepted and checks should be made payable to Consultant Nutritionists, LLC. Payment plans are available. 

Please give no less than 24 hour notice if you must cancel your scheduled consultation, otherwise there will be a charge of $25.00 for a missed appointment. 

Convenient one-on-one online video counseling, coaching, emails and text messaging are all HIPAA compliant. All personal information sharing is kept private and secure.

Reimbursement from a health insurer will be the client's responsibility. Be sure to fully examine your health benefit plan prior to your appointment. In many cases the receipt of your payment for Medical Nutrition Therapy may be submitted to your insurer for either full or partial reimbursement.
